Three Birds Creative Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates higrief.co, including content published under the name “Hi, I’m Grief.” This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The Site is owned and operated by Three Birds Creative Co., a creative business providing grief-support content, resources, and materials for parents, caregivers, educators, and professionals supporting grieving children.
02 SCOPE of THIS POLICY
This policy applies to information collected through higrief.co and related pop-ups, forms, or automated emails. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, support organizations, or retailers linked from the Site.

06 HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for third-party marketing. Limited sharing may occur with Wix.com and Google Analytics, when required by law, or as part of a business transition subject to standard confidentiality protections.
07 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site discusses children’s grief but is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information was collected from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
08 THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We rely on Wix.com for hosting, forms, and automated email delivery, and on Google Analytics for traffic and usage analytics. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.
09 DATA RETENTION
Email addresses are retained as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data follows Wix and Google Analytics retention settings, generally 14 to 26 months unless configured otherwise.

Emails connected to the download form include an unsubscribe option. You may also contact us directly.
State privacy rights
California, Texas, and residents of certain other states may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of their personal information, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising as defined under the laws described in the policy.
Do Not Track
Because there is no common industry standard, the Site does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
11 DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures and rely on the security measures of our service providers. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

External resources, nonprofits, crisis organizations, and retailers operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

We may update this policy as our practices, Site functionality, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when updates are posted.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where superseded by applicable federal or other state privacy law.
